Ingredients

- 5 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pint milk (570 ml) or 2 cups approx.
Recipe
- pre-heat oven to 400 f (200 C)
- sift flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
- make a well in the center and pour in milk, combine mixture together.
- slightly flour the bench and knead gently with floured hands and floured surface.
- roll the dough into a flat round shape.
- sprinkle some flour in round pizza tray and spread/knead dough into tray and inside edges.
- bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- serve hot/cold and
- add butter/margarine when its hot to the get best taste.
- leftovers when cooled can be covered with a damp tea-towel.
- you may store in an airtight container.
