Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 3/4 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3/4 lb lobster
- 3/4 lb orange roughy
- 3/4 lb bay scallop
- 3/4 lb halibut
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 red bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 habanero peppers, diced
- 3 red onions, diced
- 12 lemons, juiced
- 12 limes, juiced
Recipe
- 1 prepare all ingredients in a stainless mixing bowl.
- 2 cover with the lemon & lime juice and marinade overnight or up to 24 hours.
- 3 serve in a large margarita or martini glass with avocado slices & cilantro sprigs for garnish.
- 4 can be eaten with tortilla chips or in individual margarita or martini glasses as a first course.
