Tangerine Sorbet (for Electric Ice Cream Machine)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon grated tangerine zest
  • 2 cups fresh tangerine juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar, syrup, water and tangerine peel in a small sauce pan.
  • 2 heat slowly until sugar is dissolved.
  • 3 stir in juice.
  • 4 cool and chill mixture.
  • 5 pour chilled mixture into ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer's directons.
