Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon grated tangerine zest
- 2 cups fresh tangerine juice
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar, syrup, water and tangerine peel in a small sauce pan.
- 2 heat slowly until sugar is dissolved.
- 3 stir in juice.
- 4 cool and chill mixture.
- 5 pour chilled mixture into ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer's directons.
