Ingredients
- 200 g plain flour
- 200 g butter
- 70 g custard powder
- 70 g icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Recipe
- 1 knead all ingredients together with one hand, until dough is completely smooth and even.
- 2 roll into teaspoon-sized balls and lay out on a baking tray, before pressing down from the top on each biscuit with a fork.
- 3 cook in a moderate over for 15-20 minutes, until golden on top.
