- 2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (also sprinkle on top)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 pour mixture into a shallow round casserole or quiche-type dish.
- 3 bake at 325 to 350 degrees until bubbly (about 45 to 60 minutes).
- 4 serve with crackers.
