Tangy Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (also sprinkle on top)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 pour mixture into a shallow round casserole or quiche-type dish.
  • 3 bake at 325 to 350 degrees until bubbly (about 45 to 60 minutes).
  • 4 serve with crackers.
