The Easiest, Healthiest Chocolate Cake...ever

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup artificial sweetener, of your choice (refined sugar, beet sugar, unrefined sugar, sugar substitute)
- 4 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons milk or 4 1/2 teaspoons soymilk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 mix all dry ingredients in a 9 inch round pan or 8-inch square pan.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients*excluding the last three* and stir, mixing thoroughly and scraping the sides and bottom of pan well.
- 4 bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 5 cool for about 35 minutes.
- 6 run knife around pan edges and turn upside down; tap to release cake.
- 7 cool completely.
- 8 mix the last three ingredients together in a plastic ziplock bag by squeezing until uniform.
- 9 cut the corner of the bag and drizzle icing over cake.
