Cardamom Lassi

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or even better, honey or agave syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom, coarsely ground
  • diced mango (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 blend. chill for 30 minutes.
