Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons curry powder
- 4 teaspoons sea salt (or kosher salt)
Recipe
- 1 whisk juice & curry powder together in a large bowl.
- 2 add cashews & toss well to coat.
- 3 spread on 2 parchment lined rimmed baking sheets.
- 4 bake at 250f for about 45 minutes, stir every 15 minutes.
- 5 nuts should be dry.
- 6 cool & store in airtight containe.
