Marbled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, uncooked
- 3 tablespoons green food coloring
Recipe
- 1 place eggs in a saucepan.
- 2 cover with cold water.
- 3 bring to a rapid boil.
- 4 cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 5 drain water.
- 6 let eggs cool for about 30 minutes.
- 7 don't peel the eggs but gently roll the eggs on the counter until they are cracked all over.
- 8 place eggs back into the saucepan.
- 9 cover with water and green food colouring.
- 10 stir gently.
- 11 bring water to a boil.
- 12 simmer gently for 30 minutes.
- 13 let eggs cool in the coloured water for 2-3 hours.
- 14 refrigerate for 2 hours.
- 15 peel and enjoy.
