- 4 ounces braunschweiger sausage
- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup dry sherry

- 1 combine 1st three ingredients.
- 2 add sherry a little bit at a time, enough to make a spreadable paste.
- 3 form or mound on a small plate and serve room temperature with assorted crackers.
