Peach And Brown Sugar Muffins

Ingredients

• 4 cups flour
• 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup fresh peach, chopped

Recipe

• 1 stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, allspice.
• 2 make a well in center.
• 3 combine eggs, sour cream and oil.
• 4 stir in peaches.
• 5 add to flour mixture. stir until moistened. batter will be lumpy.
• 6 fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
• 7 bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
