Quiche Lorraine

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 9 inches deep dish frozen pie shells
  • 6 pieces cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons diced onions
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 break cooked bacon into pieces.
  • 2 put bacon pieces, onions, and cheese in the bottom of pie shell.
  • 3 combine eggs, milk,salt, salt and pepper and pour over the bacon onions and cheese.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
