Ingredients

- 9 inches deep dish frozen pie shells
- 6 pieces cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons diced onions
- 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 break cooked bacon into pieces.
- 2 put bacon pieces, onions, and cheese in the bottom of pie shell.
- 3 combine eggs, milk,salt, salt and pepper and pour over the bacon onions and cheese.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
