Raspberry Jello

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (6 ounce) packages raspberry jell-o gelatin
- 1 (16 ounce) sour cream
- 4 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Recipe
- 1 dissolve 1 box of jello in 1 cup boiling water. gently mix in 2 cups raspberries. pour into a 9 x 13 inch, glass baking dish. refrigerate and gel.
- 2 spread sour cream over gelled raspberry layer. freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- 3 make a second raspberry layer the same as the first and spoon on top of sour cream layer. refrigerate and gel.
