Soft Shell Crabs Mia

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 soft shelled crabs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups wine
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 5 -6 drops hot sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix everything, except crabs, in a shallow baking dish. add crabs and cover.
- 2 marinate in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- 3 place crabs on a hot grill.
- 4 cook for 15 minutes on each side basting and turning often.
- 5 to decrease cooking time, cover grill with large lid to help circulate the heat evenly.
- 6 crabs are done when they are pink/red and slightly crisp, but still moist.
- 7 cook time does not include time to marinate.
