Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter


• 2 cups sugar


• 6 eggs


• 4 cups flour


• 1 nutmeg, grated


• 1 orange rind, grated


• 2 tablespoons baking powder


• 1 cup whiskey


• 1 quart pecans, coarsely chopped


• 1/2 lb raisins

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugar.


• 2 beat in eggs one at a time.


• 3 blend in the rest of the ingredients.


• 4 pour in a tube pan and bake at 350f for 2 hours.
