Spicy Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 40
  • 3 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 combine artichoke hearts mayo, cheese,peppers, cumin, and garlic.
  • 2 spoon mixture into ungreased 1 1/2qt.
  • 3 sprinkle with paprika.
  • 4 bake uncovered in a 350 oven for about 30 min or until hot and bubbly.
  • 5 let stand 10min.
  • 6 serve with baguette slices.
