Spicy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 3 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 combine artichoke hearts mayo, cheese,peppers, cumin, and garlic.
- 2 spoon mixture into ungreased 1 1/2qt.
- 3 sprinkle with paprika.
- 4 bake uncovered in a 350 oven for about 30 min or until hot and bubbly.
- 5 let stand 10min.
- 6 serve with baguette slices.
