- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 8 ears fresh corn
Recipe
- 1 stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 grill corn, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning often.
- 3 brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture.
