Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients

- 100 g walnuts, in their shells
- 100 g hazelnuts, in their shells
- 4 avocados, ripe
- 1 celery, trimmed and cut to matchstick sticks
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste, sauce
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- salt and pepper, to tast
Recipe
- 1 shell the walnuts and dip into boiling water for a few minutes: drain and finely chop, but leaving a few whole walnuts for garnish. prepare hazelnuts in the same way, leaving a few hazelnuts for garnish.
- 2 cut 3 of the avocado's in half lengthways, remove the stones and arrange on a serving dish.

- 4 mix ingredients together well.
- 5 fill the centres of the halved avocados with the mixture and serve garnished with the reserved nuts.
- 6 serve immediately.
