Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 mix together cheese, onion, and mayonnaise.
- 2 remove stems from mushrooms.
- 3 fill each mushroom cap with mixture.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
