Swiss Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups drained cooked frozen string beans (french style green beans)
- 1/2 lb swiss cheese
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Recipe
- 1 melt 2 tbsp butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, onion.
- 2 add sour cream gradually until smooth.
- 3 add beans.
- 4 mix together and heat thoroughly.
- 5 pour into greased casserole dish.
- 6 grate cheese over top.
- 7 crush cornflakes and mix with melted butter.
- 8 put on top of beans.
- 9 cover and bake 20 minutes at 400.
