Ingredients

- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 1 can low-fat cream of celery soup
- 1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken, do not drain
- 1 can rotel
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 cups water
- 12 corn tortillas, torn into pieces
Recipe
- 1 saute onions, peppers, celery and garlic in nonstick skillet.
- 2 add corn, soups, chicken, rotel, chili powder and water.
- 3 heat thoroughly.
- 4 add tortillas and serve.
