Whipping Cream Biscuits

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 3/4-1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 using a pastry blender, cut 1/2 cup butter into flour until mixture is crumbly.
  • 2 add whipping cream, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist.
  • 3 place dough on a lightly floured surface, and knead 3 or 4 times.
