Whiskey Truffles

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 100 g plain sweet biscuits, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup sultana
  • 1/4 cup irish cream
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • shredded coconut, to decorate
  • chocolate sprinkles, to decorate

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together into balls. (do not add the coconut and sprinkles at this stage these ingredients are to roll balls in).
  • 2 roll in coconut or choc sprinkles and refrigerate until set.
