Whiskey Truffles

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 100 g plain sweet biscuits, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted
- 1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup sultana
- 1/4 cup irish cream
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- shredded coconut, to decorate
- chocolate sprinkles, to decorate
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together into balls. (do not add the coconut and sprinkles at this stage these ingredients are to roll balls in).
- 2 roll in coconut or choc sprinkles and refrigerate until set.
