- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1000 g red bean paste
Recipe
- 1 sift together flours.
- 2 stir in oil and water.
- 3 add sugar.
- 4 form into round circles and flatten.
- 5 then fill with red bean paste in the center.
- 6 bake at 400 for 15 min until golden.
