Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb chocolate
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
- 2 stir flour into chocolate.
- 3 add milk a little at a time and blend well.
- 4 cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick.
- 5 it should have the texture and consistency of thick pudding.
- 6 cool completely.
- 7 in a large bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- 8 gradually add cooled chocolate mixture and beat until icing is the consistency of whipped cream.
