Yummy Bars

Total Time: 31 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 26 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (18 ounce) package german chocolate cake mix
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 50 caramels

Recipe

  • 1 mix together cake mix, melted butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
  • 2 spread half in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
  • 4 sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on the partially baked crust.
  • 5 melt the caramels with the remaining evaporated milk and drizzle over chocolate chips & nuts.
  • 6 crumble and pat remaining cake mixture on top and bake another 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 7 cut when cool.
