Passover Spinach Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 chopped onion (small)
  • 5 tablesppons margarine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 cook and drain spinach.
  • 3 saute onions.
  • 4 mix spinach and sauted onions together.
  • 5 add seasonings and margarine.
  • 6 let cool.
  • 7 add eggs and beat.
  • 8 pour into lightly greased pie plate.
  • 9 bake for 45 minutes.
