Kielbasa, Pasta And Cheddar Bake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 quart milk
  • 3 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14 ounce) package kielbasa, fully cooked, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 3 fuji apples, cored, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
