Kittencal's Salmon Pate

Total Time: 24 hrs Preparation Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) can red salmon, well drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper (or to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke seasoning (optional)
  • 1 -2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl mix all ingredients except salt and nuts.
  • 2 season with salt to taste.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or until firm enough to handle.
  • 4 form into a ball then roll in the nuts.
  • 5 transfer to a fancy serving bowl.
  • 6 serve with crackers.
