Kiwi - Watermelon Slush

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 limes
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups tequila, silver
- 4 ounces orange liqueur
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and cubed
- 1 kiwi, sliced for garnish

- 2 bring 1 cup water to a boil and add sugar. stir until sugar dissolves and remove from heat. stir in juice and zest of one lime. cool in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

- 4 place watermelon and 1/2 cup of the lime infused simple syrup into a blender. liquefy and pour into 2 ice cube trays. freeze until firm -- about 4 hours.
