Kraft Bacon-corn Salsa

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 slices oscar mayer center-cut bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen white and yellow corn

Recipe

  • 1 cook bacon in medium skillet on medium heat 10 minute or until crisp.
  • 2 drain, reserving 1 teaspoons of the drippings in skillet.
  • 3 set bacon aside.
  • 4 add onions and peppers to drippings in skillet.
  • 5 cook 5 minute or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • 6 add corn; cook 1 minute or just until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • 7 stir in bacon.
  • 8 serve with tortilla chips.
