Kraft Creamy Potato Bake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 package velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 5 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 cook potatoes in boiling salted water.
  • 3 drain.
  • 4 combine potatoes half the cheese and marg and stir over low heat till cheese is melted.
  • 5 add mayo sour cream 2 tbsp bacon 2 tbsp onion and pepper.
  • 6 mix well.
  • 7 spoon into 2 qt casserole dish.
  • 8 top with remaining cheese bacon and onions.
  • 9 sprinkle with paprika.
  • 10 bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
