Kraft Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 package velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 5 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 cook potatoes in boiling salted water.
- 3 drain.
- 4 combine potatoes half the cheese and marg and stir over low heat till cheese is melted.
- 5 add mayo sour cream 2 tbsp bacon 2 tbsp onion and pepper.
- 6 mix well.
- 7 spoon into 2 qt casserole dish.
- 8 top with remaining cheese bacon and onions.
- 9 sprinkle with paprika.
- 10 bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
