Lactose Free Cheesecake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces keebler reduced-fat pie crusts
  • 1 (12 ounce) package soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup lactaid calcium-fortified lactose-free skim milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 in a blender, combine tofu, milk, vanilla and syrup. blend until smooth and pour into crust.
  • 3 bake for 30 minutes.
  • 4 remove from oven and cool. refrigerate until chilled.
