- 8 hoagie rolls (8-inch each)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon italian spices
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 cut a thin slice off the tops of the buns. hollow out centers, leaving about a 1/4-inch shell.
