Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1.5 (19 ounce) cans tomatoes
- 1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste
- 9 -10 lasagna noodles
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 2 1/2 cups cottage cheese (beat with eggs)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and spoon off fat.
- 2 add next 6 ingredients and mushrooms. simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
