Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1.5 (19 ounce) cans tomatoes
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 9 -10 lasagna noodles
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 2 1/2 cups cottage cheese (beat with eggs)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat and spoon off fat.
  • 2 add next 6 ingredients and mushrooms. simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
