Yummy Corn

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f (175°c).
  • 2 cook corn according to package directions.
  • 3 drain water, then mix in butter, cream cheese, garlic, sugar, salt, and parsley.
  • 4 spoon into a casserole dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
