Jiffy Spoon Bread

Ingredients



  • Servings: 12

  • 2 (10 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn

  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

  • 8 ounces sour cream

  • 1 cup buttermilk


Recipe



  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. prepare a 9x13 glass baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.

  • 2 pour the jiffy mix into a mixing bowl.

  • 3 in another bowl, whisk the sour cream until soft. mix in the butter, corn, and buttermilk.

  • 4 add the wet ingredients to the jiffy mix and stir until just blended.

  • 5 pour the mix into the baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, until it's just starting to brown on top.
