Mango-pineapple Relish

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped seeded and peeled mangoes (about 8 small)
  • 3 cups chopped cored and peeled pineapple (about 1 medium)

Recipe

  • 1 prepare home canning jars and lids according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a large saucepot.
  • 3 bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  • 4 ladle hot relish into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
  • 5 adjust two-piece caps.
  • 6 process 15 minutes in a boiling-water canner.
