Ingredients
- 1 cup maple sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 6 marshmallows, regular cut in pieces
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 boil sugars, water and cream of tarter in saucepan untill it becomes brittle when dropped in cold water. add marshmallws and let stand 5 minutes untill melted. pour over stiffly beaten egg . beat till light. drop from teaspoon on to wax paper.
