Rivels Soup

Ingredients



  • Servings: 8

  • 2 cups flour, sifted

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg

  • 6 cups chicken broth or 6 cups beef broth


Recipe



  • 1 combine flour, salt and egg; blend until crumbly.

  • 2 pour into boiling broth and cook ten minutes.

  • 3 the rivels will look like boiled rice when cooked.
