- 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) box lemon jell-o gelatin
- 2 cups 7-up soda
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whipped topping
Recipe
- 1 mix the pineapple, jello, and 7up.
- 2 pour into a 9x13 dish.
- 3 put into refrigerator to set.
- 4 in saucepan, mix juice, flour, butter and eggs.
- 5 cook and stir, on med, bring to a boil.
- 6 boil for 1 minute.
- 7 allow to cool, while jello sets.
- 8 mix the cooled cooked mixture with the whipped topping.
- 9 spread over the jello.
