Mint Tea

Ingredients
- 7 tea bags
- 7 mint sprigs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 quart boiling water
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted

Recipe
- 1 combine first 3 ingredients.
- 2 pour boiling water over tea mixture; cover and let stand 30 minutes.
- 3 remove tea bags and mint sprigs; discard.
- 4 transfer tea to a large pitcher, and add 3 1/4 cup water, pineapple juice, and lemonade concentrate; stir well.
- 5 serve over ice.
- 6 garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
