Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs beef, lots of it. i buy the costco packs 3-4 lbs
- 4 -5 carrots, depending on size
- 2 onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 large jalapenos (i keep the seeds) (optional)
- 1 tomato bouillon cubes or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4-1/2 cup water (you decide)
- olive oil
- 2 (12 ounce) bottles beer, you like
- sea salt & pepper

- 2 drizzle a little olive oil into your pan, cut onions anyway you like and sauté on.
