Not Your Mama's Homemade Beef Stew

Ingredients



  • 3 -4 lbs beef, lots of it. i buy the costco packs 3-4 lbs

  • 4 -5 carrots, depending on size

  • 2 onions

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 2 large jalapenos (i keep the seeds) (optional)

  • 1 tomato bouillon cubes or 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1/4-1/2 cup water (you decide)

  • olive oil

  • 2 (12 ounce) bottles beer, you like

  • sea salt & pepper

  • 1 so easy!

  • 2 drizzle a little olive oil into your pan, cut onions anyway you like and sauté on.

  • 3 medium high till onions just brown. add chopped carrots, bell pepper & jalapeños.
