- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 10 inches pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 put the honey, flour and cream in a medium bowl.
- 3 beat the mixture with a whisk until it is smooth and there are no lumps.
- 4 gently stir the raspberries into this mixture. pour the filling into the crust.
- 5 bake 40 minutes or until set.
- 6 cool and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
