Raspberry Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 10 inches pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 put the honey, flour and cream in a medium bowl.
  • 3 beat the mixture with a whisk until it is smooth and there are no lumps.
  • 4 gently stir the raspberries into this mixture. pour the filling into the crust.
  • 5 bake 40 minutes or until set.
  • 6 cool and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
