Ingredients

- 3/4 lb cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 8 eggs
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 275 degrees f.
- 2 break the cream cheese into small pieces and spread in a buttered baking dish.
- 3 bake the cream cheese until soft.
- 4 remove from the oven and stir in cream.
- 5 season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
- 6 break 6 of the eggs over the top and beat until completely blended.
- 7 cover dish and return to oven until mixture is very well heated.
- 8 break two fresh eggs on top of the mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9 return to oven and cook until the whites begin to set.
- 10 remove and beat briskly for several minutes.
- 11 the mixture should be light and fluffy.
- 12 serve immediately with hot toast points.
