Ingredients

- 6 lbs green beans (drained)
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 large onion
Recipe
- 1 slice bacon into 1 inch pieces, (easiest way is to cut with scissors).
- 2 put bacon into a large pot and begin to fry.
- 3 while bacon is frying, coarsely chop onion.
- 4 when bacon is about 1/2 way done, add onion and continue frying until bacon is semi crisp. (do not drain grease).
- 5 drain green beans and dump into bacon and onions. stir.
- 6 continue to cook for 30 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally.
- 7 serve.
