Ingredients

- 2 -3 lbs fresh green beans
- 1 yellow onion
- beef bouillon granules
- 1 -2 tablespoon oil
- water
Recipe
- 1 after washing green beans place in a large stockpot and cover with water.
- 2 slice ends off onion, place whole onion in pot with beans.
- 3 add 4-6 tbsp (this is a guesstimate, i just do it to taste until water is brown color) of granules and oil.
- 4 boil beans and cook down water.
- 5 continue to add water and cook down until beans are tender.
- 6 remove onion before serving.
