- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into strips
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 16 ounces taco chips, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Recipe
- 1 saute onion in butter in skillet.
- 2 add soups, rotel, chicken and broth, mixing well.
- 3 bring to boil.
- 4 layer corn chips and chicken mixture in 9 x 13 inch casserole.
- 5 top with cheese.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
