Ingredients

• 1 box deluxe devil's food cake mix
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sorrento whole milk ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 12 ounces premium chocolate
• 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degree f.
• 2 grease bottom and sides of two 9"x 2" cake pans.
• 3 mix all ingredients on low for one minute.
• 4 scrape bowl.
• 5 mix on medium for two minutes.
• 6 divide batter between two pans .
• 7 bake for 30 to 35 minutes
• 8 cool for 10 minutes.
• 9 melt chocolate over simmering water until smooth .
• 10 let cool to room temperature.
• 11 whisk sour cream into melted chocolate . frost and garnish.
