Ingredients
- 1 lb beef smokies
- 3/4 cup chili sauce or 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 ounces bourbon or 3 ounces whiskey
Recipe
- 1 mix chili sauce/ketchup, brown sugar, onion, lemon juice and whiskey in saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 add weiners and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 4 these can also be put in a crock pot to simmer.
